The altitude of triangle is 6 cm greater than its base. its area is 108 cm^2. find its base

    Height = 6cm

    Area = 108cm²

    Base = ?

    Area of a triangle = 1/2*b*h

    108 = 1/2*b*6

    108 = 3*b

    108/3 = b

    36 = b
