    3/5 + 7/10 = 6/10 + 7/10 = 13/10 ... how much clay she needs

    3 * 4/5 = 12/5 ... how much clay she has

    (13/10) / (4/5) =

    13/10 * 5/4 =

    65/40 =

1 25/40 reduces to 1 5/8 bags of clay are needed.

    12/5 - 65/40 = 96/40 - 65/40 = 31/40 ... left-over clay
