So if you multiply something by 1 than it is the same
1/1=1
2/2=1
3/3=1
π/π=1
etc
so if you mutiply 1/3 by 1 or 3/3 then you get 3/9
also you can divide and get the simpliest form by factoring out the 'ones' so
3/9 = (3/3) times (1/3) cross out the 3/3 and get 1/3

Yes. If you multiply 1/3 by 3, the answer will be 3/9. 1 times 3 is 3. 3 times 3 is 9.
1/3=3/9.
