Water flows at a steady rate from a tap.

it takes 50 seconds to fill a 5 litre watering can from this tap.

the rate of which water flows from the tap is halved.

    Answer: 5,000cm³

    Well, 1 mL (milliliter) is equivalent to 1 cubic centimeter (cm³). There is 1,000 mL in a liter, so there are 5,000 mL in 5 liters and therefore 5 liters equals 5,000 cm³.
