You need to remember that "percent" and " % " both mean " / 100 ".

When you see, let's say, "35 percent" or "35 %", it means " 35 / 100 ".

Bam! There's your fraction. If it can be simplified, and if you

feel like it, you can go ahead and simplify it.

35 / 100 = 7 / 20.
