A box of candles contains 6 candles. Keisha has a candelabra that holds four candles and a chandelier that holds 8. She also wants 10 candles to put in her fireplace. How many boxes of candles does she need?

    2 boxes, because the candelabra holds 4 & the chandelier holds 8, making a sum of 12, which when divided by 6 gives 2, she only wanted 10 to put in her fireplace, not that she is having them

    The answer is two boxes. She gets rid of 8 from the box, and 2 from the different box. They go into the fireplace.
