    the slope intercept form is given by the form y=mx+c, where m is the slope and c is the y-intercept

    this can be written as:

    -5y≤1-4x

    dividing through by - 5 we get:

    y≥4/5x-1/5

    1/2y-x≤3 ... ii

    1/2y≤3+x

    multiplying through by 2 we get:

    y≤2x+6
