What is (f⋅g) (x) ?

f (x) = x2+2x-6

g (x) = x4+3

    (f*g) (x) is another notation for f (g (x))

    So, you substitute g (x) for and x in f (x)

    f (g (x)) = (x^4+3) ^2+2 (x^4+3) - 6
