    Natural numbers are 1,2,3 and so on. 13th and 23rd natural numbers are 13 an 23. Half the positive difference between 13th and 23rd natural numbers = (23-13) / 2 = 5.

    34th even natural number = 68

When half the positive difference between 13th and 23rd natural number added to 34th even natural number, result will be = 5+68 = 73.
