Solve 16x^2 - 1 = 0 using square roots.

    (4x) ^2 - 1^2 = 0

    (4x+1) (4x-1) = 0

    Either (4x+1) = 0 or (4x-1) = 0

    or, x = - 1/4 or, x = 1/4

    answer = - 1/4 or 1/4
