There were 120 blackbirds sitting in a tree, but then some blackbirds flew away after that, there were 85 sitting in the tree if B = the amount of blackbirds that flew away, which mathematical sentence express the information above?

    120-B=85. 120 subtracted by the birds who flew away is 85. It's just a simple algebraic equation
