F (x) = 10x^2 + x

(f (a+h) - f (a)) / h

= ([10 (a+h) ^2 + (a+h) ] - [10a^2 + a]) / h

= (10a^2 + 20ah + 10h^2 + a + h - 10a^2 - a) / h

= (20ah + 10h^2 + h) / h

= 20a + 10h + 1
