Duncan cycled from Town A to Town B at a speed of 12 km/h. He took 3 hours to cover of the trip. Find the distance between the two towns.

    Rate = Distance / Time

    Distance = Rate * Time

    X = 12km/h * 3 hours

    X = 36 km
