Jaden studies the life span of cats that are kept indoors versus cats that are allowed outside. His theory is that cats that live indoors have longer life spans than cats that live outdoors because they are not exposed to as many dangers. In his samples, the mean number of years a cat kept indoors lives is 10.3. The mean number of years a cat allowed to go outside lives is 7.4 years. Assuming there are no outliers or skew, do the results support Jaden's theory? Select from the drop-down menus to correctly complete the statements.
