If nell works 3/4 of an hour on Monday and 6/10 of an hour on Tuesday, how much time will she work altogether?

First turn the 3/4 into a 6/10 because you need a common denominator, then you should add those two fractions together, and when you do you get 12/10 which is an improper fraction so turn that into a mixed number and you will get 1 and 2/10 or 1 and 1/5.
