How do I get the width of a rug, it is 35/4 square meters and the length is 7/2 meters?

    Length * width = area (units squared)

    7/2 * w = 35/4 square meters

    7/2w = 35/4

    divide each side by 7/2 that leaves the w (width) by its self

    answer: w = 5/2 or 2.5 meters
