Jenny wants to buy a winter coat for $200. the store advertises that customers can take 25% off the original price and then take an extra 10% off. jennys friend tells her that is the same as a 35% off discount. is her friend right

    150 * 10% = 15

    150 - 15 = 135

    So, with the 25% and then an extra 10% off, the coat would cost $135.
