    2 x + 5 y = - 3

    5 y = - 2 x - 3 / : 5 (we will divide both sides of the equation by 5)

    y = - 2/5 x - 3/5

    The slope is : m = - 2/5

    In form ax+by=c

    slope=-a/b

    2x+5y=-3

    a=2

    b=5

    slope=-2/5
