4 out of 52 chances you will be drawing a king because in cards there are only 4 shapes and each shape have only 1 king card.

26 out of 52 chances you will be drawing a red card because since there are 13 cards in a row that are red. Also, each number has 2 red and 2 black. So it is equal to 26 (13 + 13)
