    The probability of selecting a green cap is 16/64 = 1/4 or 25 %.

    The answer is A. 25%.

The experimental probability of tossing heads is 44/70 = 22/35.

We know that 16 out of 64 are green.

    So,

    P (green) = 16/64

    = 1/4

    = 25%

    P (not green) = 100% - 25%

    = 75 %
