    To find the inverse of a function, replace the variable "x" with "y". Also replace "f (x) " with just "x". Solve this equation for y.

    f (x) = 2/3x+10

    x=2/3y+10

    Subtract 10 from both sides:

    x-10=2/3y

    Multiply both sides by "3/2":

    (3/2) (x-10) = y

    The inverse function is: f^-1 (x) = 3/2x - 15
