If you have 8 cups of berries and it takes 2/3 cup to make a dessert how many desserts can you make?

    To find this we want to divide 8 cups by 2/3 cup per dessert.

    To divide by a fraction, multiply the forst number by the reciprocal of the second.

    (8/1) * (3/2) = 24/2

    24/2=12

    Final answer: 12 desserts
