    10,000 miles : 20 mi/gal = 500 gal

    10,000 miles : 25 mi/gal = 400 gal

    500 - 400 = 100 gal (saved per year)

    100 x 100,000,000 = 10,000,000,000

Answer: 10 billion gallons of fuel would be saved if the average fuel consumption mi/gal was increased to 25.
