    Y = - 2x + 5

    That's the answer and you find it by finding the slope by using (4,-3) and (-2,9). You subtract - 3 from 9 over 4 from - 2. After you find the slope which would be - 2 you use the equation y-y1 = slope (x - x1). You plug in any coordinates and find the answer.
