    divide both sides by 6

    b<4

    4b+12>4

    minus 12 both sides

    4b>-8

    divide by 4

    b>-2

    b-2

    b>-2 or b<4

    if we graph each on a number line, they go in oposite directions

    since it is OR, the solution must satisfy one OR the other, doesn't have to be both

    graph looks like this

    therfor answer is all real numbers
