First thing you are going to need to do is get all the fractions to have the same denominator.

You would turn all the fractions that have 1/4 into 2/8

This turns the times into this ...

    Monday - 8

    Tuesday - 4 2/8

    Wed. - 6 1/8

    Thurs. - 7 2/8

    Friday - 8 1/8

Now you need to add these all together

    8 + 4 2/8 + 6 1/8 + 7 2/8 + 8 1/8

    This turns into

    33 6/8 Hours
