You can use a ratio to solve this:

    5 : 2 3/8

    1 : ?

Determine the difference between 5 and 1.

    1/5 = 0.2

Now multiply 2 3/8 by that same change.

    2 3/8 x 0.2 = 0.475

    5 : 2 3/8

    1 : 0.475

Jerry listens to 0.475 cases an hour. I don't want to figure out the fraction for this, but I'm sure if you Google it you can find it.
