A teapot is 1/3 full of tea, when all of the tea is poured into an empty container, the container is 2/3 full. what fraction of the tea from a full teapot is needed to fill 1 entire container?

    1t/3=2c/3

    2c/3=t/3 multiply both sides by 3

    2c=t divide both sides by 2

    c=t/2

    So it takes 1/2 of a full teapot to fill one full container.
