A basket contains 4 red balls and 6 black balls, if two balls are selected one after the other without replacement what is the probability that all balls are black?

    4 red, and 6 black ... total of 10

    P (black) = 6/10 reduces to 3/5

    without replacement

    P (black) = 5/9

    P (both) = 3/5 * 5/9 = 15/45 reduces to 1/3 <==
