    Volume of a cylinder = πr^2h

    π (2) ^2 (3)

    12π

    v=37.68 inches cubed

    V=r^2 (pi) h, D=4 so r=2, V=4 (3) (pi) = 12 (pi) or 37.699 inches^3.
