Do you mean hundredth or hundred?
If it's hundredth then it's 69.71
If it's hundred then it's 70

69.713 rounded to the nearest hundredth is approximately 69.71.
3 is less than 5, so the hundredths place would round down to
69.71
If it would'e been 69.716 it would have been 69.72, because 6 is larger than 5 and it would round up a hundredth.
