The answer to the question is 2x - 4y = 3. The standard form of all equations is ax + by = c. First is you rearrange the equation by following the standard form. When shifting the variable from right side to left side you convert the it from positive to negative and vice versa. For - 2x it will become in positive form which is 2x.
