    Length = 4x-3

    width = x

    P = 2 (l+w)

    55 = 2 (4x-3 + x)

    55 = 2 (5x-3)

    27.5 = 5x-3

    27.5+3 = 5x

    30.5/5 = x

    6.1=x

    Width is 6.1 in, length (4 x 6.1 - 3) = 21.4
