    Hello,

    Given the volume of a cylinder

    V = π (r²) h

    The radius is half the diameter so:

    r = D:2=8:2 = 4cm

    the height h is given as 12 cm.

    V = 3,14 * (4²) * 12 = 3,14*16*12 = 602,88 cm³
