Caroline packs 12 jars of jam in a box. she has 40 boxes. she has 542 jars of jam. how many jars of jam will she have left when all the boxes are full?

    You take 22x40 and u get 480 that's how many hats of jam u can use to fill 40 boxes of 12 then u take the answer 480 subtract from 542 and you get 62 jars left over
