Ted has a bottle cap with a sticker on the inside of the cap. He throws the bottle cap up into the air to see which side it lands on more often. He calculates the relative frequency and estimates that the probability of the cap landing with the sticker side down is 0.4. If Ted tosses the cap 40 times, how many times should he expect it to land with the sticker side up?

Well if the probability of it landing with the sticker side down is 40% then it landing with the sticker side up is 60% and 0.6 • 40 = 24 times (as said by the previous dude
