Now we can multiply.

9/2 * 3/4 = 27/8

Now convert it into a mixed number.

To do this, first find how many times 8 can go into 27. Which is 3 times.

That will be our whole number. 3 * 8 = 24

Then subtract 24 from 27. 27 - 24 = 3. That will be our numerator.

And the 8 will in 27/8 will be our denominator.

And the result is 3 3/8
