    It would take 9 hours

    t/12 is the rate the resort makes snow,

    t/36 is the rate for naturally falling snow.

    If it is snowing, AND the resort is making snow, then

    1/12+1/36=1/t

    3/36+1/36=1/t

    4/36=1/t

    4t=36

    t=9
