The diagonals of a rhombus are 12in. and 16in long. The length of a side of the rhombus in 10in. What is the height of the rhombus? Explain how you found your answer?

    Area of rhombus = d1 * d2

    = 12 * 16 = 192

    Area of rhombus is also b * h

    Assuming the side as base,

    192 = b * h

    192 = 10 * h

    h = 192/10 = 19.2 in
