A spinner is numbered from 1 through 10 with each number equally likely to occur. What is the probability of obtaining a number less than 4 or greater than 6 in a single spin?

    The probability would be 7/10 because you would have a equal chance at landing each number. So there would be the numbers 1,2,3,7,8,9,10
