A quarterback rushed for a gain of 7 yards in the first play of a football game. On the very next play, he was sacked and lost 7 yards. How many total yards did the quarterback gain in the first two plays?

    The quarterback didn't gain any yards at all because he rushed for 7 and the he got sacked and lost 7 yards so he is back to where he started
