    Get y by itself:

    4x-3y>equal to - 9

    -4x. - 4x

    -3y>equal to - 4x-9

    Divide by - 3

    y>equal to 4/3x+3

    To graph, go to y=3 and plot (0,3). Then do slope. Up 4 and 3 right. Go down 4 and 3 left to get the other side of the inequality. This line will be solid. You shade upwards by the way.
