200 (3/2) ^x+2 = 700
3/2^x + 2 = 700/200 = 7/2
log 3/2^x + 2 = log 7/2
x + 2 log 3/2 = log 7/2
x + 2 = log 7/2/log 3/2
=0.5440/0.1760 = 3.0909
x = 3.0909 - 2 = 1.0909
