= - 9.75 - 6.75 / 3.33 - (-8.5)

= - 16.5 / 11.83

=> y = - 16.5 / 11.83x + b

6.75 = - 16.5 / 11.83 (-8.5) + b

6.75 = 11.86 + b

=> b = - 5.11

Answer : y = - 16.5 / 11.83x - 5.11
