    Ok so

    total capacity that all boats ordered can carry should be at least 132

    total capacity that all boats ordered can carry = number of boats times number of people each boat can carry

    people each boat can caryy=8 people

    x=numbe of boats

    132=x times 8

    divide both sides by 8

    132/8=x times 8/8

    16.5=1x

    16.5=x

    you can't order 0.5 boats so round up to nearest whole

    16.5 to 17

    answer is 17 boats

    132/8=16.5 boats

    since you cant get 16.5 boats, round up to 17 boats.
