    A millimeter is 1/1000 of a meter so you do 1250/1000 and that's 1.25 or 1 and 1/4.

Because we know that there are 1000 millimeters in a meter. We know that it is at least one meter. And then we have 250 left over and that is 1/4 of a meter. So the worm traveled 1 and 1/4 meters
