The answer is 140
basically, just multiply it by 10
or if you want the longer version,
1/10x = 14
10[1/10x] = 10[14]
x = 140

That would be 140
10% is basically the same thing as 1/10. So if you want to find the answer, do the opposite of 1/10, which is 10.
That way, you can get 14 * 10 = 140
