98.43 = 98 43/100 = (98 * 100 + 43) / 100 = 9843/100
98 is ur whole number ... now look at ur numbers to the right of the decimal ... what place is ur 3 in? The 4 is in the tenths place ... the 3 is in the hundredths place ... so that makes it 43/100 ... now include ur whole number ... so its 98 43/100 ... now if u don't want a mixed number ... change it to an improper fraction which would be 9843/100.
