Explain how multiplying with 6 is alike multiplying with 3

    Because 3x2=6 and 2/3 equals 1/6

    therefor

    a number multipled by 6 will be twice as large as a number multiplied by 3

    or

    if you double a number multiplied by 3, you wil get the same original number multiplied by 6
