Step 1: Add 9x to both sides. 3b - 9x + 9x = 4m + 9x 3b = 4m + 9x Step 2: Divide both sides by 3. 3b 3 = 4m + 9x 3 b = 43 m + 3x
Answer: b = 43 m + 3 x
